It was excellent! The tablet experience is worth it - very useful! And we skipped the long line, not to underestimate. I recommend this tour!

Lovely place to visit especially if you are a fan of Dan Brown's Inferno.

This is history with a capital H and art with a capital A. Firenze may be the only place in the world where incredible amounts of money and incredible amounts of power ever went hand in hand with incredible amounts of good taste. Explanations are ample and to te point. The only things missing are a few benches - I have a bad back!

I am extremely pleased with the purchase of tickets. Buying, paying, getting tickets and visiting the museum was easy. I especially recommend buying Priority Entrance tickets, with which we skipped all the long lines and we were able to start visiting the museum in a moment. Really great experience, that I recommend to everyone.

Definitely saves time pre booking tickets on line with Tiqets App. All you need to do is download the App & purchase your tickets on line & then a barcode is sent to you form. Just check in at the ticket office where they will issue you with a ticket to present to staff members when on tour. The tour guide tablet is very easy to use & has great information on each floor and room visiting.

The audioguide works but the Orientation where you steht is Not so easy. Modern Systems which give informationellere to Continue and Start automatically Byte Tesching the next point would be nicer

Be prepared for long queue's and poor viewing as they let far too many visitors in at once. Very disappointing.
